Open VSCode, go to File -> Preferences -> Settings or click on Manage button on Side Bar then select Settings or simply use the shortcut
Ctrl+, then search for
PowerShell Integrated Console Show On Startup option in the settings and you will see the option below, just uncheck the option highlighted below to disable the console from your next start.
